We want you to love your purchase, but if something isn't quite right, we're here to help.

Returns for Damaged Items

If your dress arrives damaged, you may return it at your own expense. Please contact us within 7 days of delivery to initiate the return. We require photo evidence of the damage prior to return authorization.

• Once we receive the returned item, we will perform a full inspection.

• If the item is found to be unworn and in its original condition, we will issue store credit equal to the full purchase price (excluding original shipping costs).

• If the item shows signs of wear or damage not reported at the time of return request, you will be responsible for return shipping to have the item sent back to you.

Worn Items

Items that have been worn, washed, or altered are not eligible for return. If a worn item is returned to us, the customer will be required to cover return shipping costs if they would like the item sent back.

Exchanges for a Different Size

Need a different size? We’re happy to assist!

• You can exchange your item for a different size within 14 days of receiving your order.

• If the requested size is in local stock, we’ll process your exchange within 3–5 business days.

• If the size is not available locally, processing may take up to 10 business days while we restock.

• All items must be returned in original condition—unworn, unwashed, and with tags still attached.
